Few work. Many vacant time. Playing. Doing unnceccary work. Doing easy simple task, and satisfying as if they did a hard work. Doing unimportant work, and exaggarating as if they have done heavy task.
Multiple task. No time. Finish each task considering the priority adequately judgted from the deadline and importance. Low priority work is done late, or it is not done.
For example, do task A and task B. Take much time wastedly during task A and task B. Much time to do nothing. When task C added, task C is done when they are at their whim.
For example, do task A, task C, task D, task E, and task F. Efficiently work. No time available. When task C added, decide the priority of task C comparing with other tasks, and start doing each task depending on its priority. The job requested first isn not always is done first. "The job required by boss" "the job near deadline" "easy task" are not always done first. Label priority for each task considering comprehensively, and engage in each task depending on the priority. Low priority work is not started early. Very low priority work is not done. Working speed is high, many tasks can be done, but the speed of finishing each task is slow when observed by other people. For example, task C is small, but task C from the start to the end takes long time due to the fixed schedule of task E and the added task G. There is not time to do task F.
Someone (such as people or government) often says "university staffs should do ***". The following "lazy vacant professor" is in mind, I guess.

Added job is quite difficult to finish due to the busy schedule.
[Lazy vacant professor] They have strong pride even if they have less carrier. They are afraid of failure. They avoid high responsible work. They avoid unfamiliar work. They are selfish, and they do not work they do not like. They eager to obtain fame, and they eager to do easy tasks.
[Busy laboring professor] They are familiar with various tasks because they have done various tasks. They have many failure experience because they have done many tasks. They are quite busy and they have no time to be aware about pride, reponsibility, and fame. They have to work without thinking. They have no time to care about the quality of their work. They have no time to finish all works, so they have no time to accept unimportant tasks. They have no time to do the task with small effect with long time. They decline the task everyone can do, because alternative worker can be easily found, and thus, declining it do not harm anyone. They accept the task which can only be done by themselves because alternative person who can do that task is difficult to find, and thus, declining it harms the client.
